Need help with an auto strain

I am growing an auto strain for the 1st time and i would like a bit of advise.

Firstly what would you recommend i use, my 20l dwc or my gt205 nft system?

Also i use canna line, do i use auqa vega for a few weeks then flores after or is there a specific nute for autos
