Need help wit my ladies

Ight when I woke up this morning i checked my ladies n there leafs next to the bud site where all sticking straight up n I was just wondering if that's a good sign or not

Would probably get some responses with a pic and a little bit more info.

Can't help much without pics or info, all you'll get is second guesses, however it could be a sign that you ladies are reaching for light, how close and what kind of lights do you use?
