Need help urgent plz help!!!

I have a tree that was grown outside then later i brought iside and then out and in now but the last time i did get them inside now i have it in a pot and its all melted green but worn out how do i fix problem?hellpp!!

Maybe shocked? lack of nutes, could be a few problems thats what would come to my mind.
