NEED HELP PLEASE! First Medical Grow, Nutrient Issues!

Hey everybody, I need some help with these plants. My friend is growing some medicinal marijuana for their ailments and they know the importance of organic nutrients, however, they are in the beginning stages of growing their own medicine and they decided to go with the TechnaFlora BC Recipe for Success Starter Kit since it would be an easier introduction to hydroponic and nutrients in general.

The strains being grown are are Dutch Passion's Blueberry, and Orange Bud, with a couple of previously harvested seeds or "Bag seed"

The Dutch Passion Strains/plants are starting their 2nd week of veg and the bag seed plants are going into their 3rd week of veg.

The first pictures are the Orange Bud which has some brown spots/tips starting as of today but they are quickly showing up.
The second pictures are of the Blueberry.
The final pictures are of the 2 bagseed plants.
The leaves are/have been curling at the edges for a while so they raised the light in hopes of trying to stop this in case it was heat stress related.
They are using a 400watt MH Conversion lamp.
PH is maintained between 5.6 - 6.3.
PPM is between 480-560 on their TDS meter.

I myself am not a grower, I do research the subject often but, without any true experience I do not dare tell them to change anything that could hurt their plants.
I can not seem to figure out the exact problem as each plant showcases slightly different issues/problems.

Please post up a response with any valuable information if possible.

Whatever you believe is the cause of each symptom or any ideas on what can be done to help the overall health of their plants is appreciated.

Hello and thank you for your kind advice. They use both the GH PH Test Kit and a Digital PH meter which is calibrated properly [last time they checked].
I'm not sure what to tell them because their Orange Bud looks like Phosphorus burn from the browning but the Blueberry looks like its laking Calcium due to its little brown spots.
The deficiency and nutrient thing can be very confusing at first and as I have no personal experience, I can only advise them in the direction in which the research shows me to lead them.

Any more information as far as whatever anyone believes may be happening currently to these particular plants would be greatly appreciated and thanks for the awesome guide!

A LOT of time and effort can be wasted to to a bad meter. It is best to buy a quality one and calibrate it often.
Plus this is your first time so are you 100% sure about your PPM levels? Are you factoring in the PPM of the tap water or RO water first? Wht does that read before adding nutes?

The most important detail you left out in the beginning was what system you are running. If you are in anything but soil you are in luck because you can flush the res and mix new nutes. Without having a degree in chemistry the easiest way to adress issues like this are to flush the res. and start over. If your PPM is truly that low already then you should go ahead and just try a new batch. That is the advantage systems like that present and it should be used as often necessary. I had the EXACT same issue with myplants and after a lot of frustration trying to figure out why I found my meter was out of calibration (I have seperate calibration controls on my meter for PH and EC TDS & I was getting them mixed up !

In the end the best remedy for me was to drain the res about 80% and add plain H20. THen monitor for a few days. The plants took off again after that and looked great.
