need help! plant looks damaged

hi, i am growing plant for first time, this is an auto sour diesel, every thing was going good for 2 weeks this is 3rd week and i transplanted from cup to the pot, at first it was still ok just little droopy for couple days, but yesterday i sprayed homemade neem oil/dishwashing soap/water/ pesticide because i was getting some bugs and whiteflies on it. but today in the morning when i checked my plant it looked totaly down like this

please look on the pictures and suggest me what happened and what should i do to recover this?

What kind of soil is that? Almost looks like clumps of clay or rocks in there.

it is coco peat mixed with neem cake and other npk rich products in it i bought it off amazon

Autoflowers do not react well to transplanting, according to what I have read. I planted mine in those little cups that degrade in the soil and just planted those into a larger container after a few weeks. They have responded very well. Give it some time to recover and just keep treating it kindly.
