Its been roughly a week since i switched to 12/12 and very little growth has occured in them both and one of the 2 plants still is not showing any signs of being female i have included some pics below
Possible Hermie plant

The one on the right im almost certain is female however both are showing very slow growth for flowering
currently using a 125w blue cfl and a 300 cfl red they are abvout 8 weeks from seedling. They have both been grown using feminised UK Cheese seeds, a They are growing in in bio-bizz allmix soil. Also a fan is permanently on within the grow closet. Previously had some problems with slight drooping and yellowing in the pas, MG is added at 1/4 of the recomended dose
any help in determining the problem would be greatly appreciated.
