need help! lighting situation!

hey i have 48in 40wt universal fluorescent light bulbs and theres 2 in one ficture, i have 2 fictures = 4 bulbs. each bulb puts out 3150 lumens, 4100k and 41sp. im planning on getting plant lights for fluorescent fictures but i want to make sure i get the right ones and how manny i should have in my 3.9 sq ft room.

Try to get 6500k lights for vegging and 2700k fpr flowering...I was at Homedepot the other day and saw both,6500k and 2700k in 4 footers.

allright sweet thanx, im going tomorro to pick up lights i got some white widow to grow, hope fully they grow alot better with these lights.
