Honestly I'm not a big fan of FoxFarm liquid nutrients but I love their soil. I use OceanForest soil but I like to add some bone/blood meal and a little bit of perlite to the mix. The most important factors when it comes to yield indoors is light wattage and pot size. What type of light did you use?

3 gallons is a bit small, the bigger the pots you use the better. How many plants did you grow? When it comes to indoor growing less is more. Too many plants will be fighting over the light and you will have to constantly rotate them.
