Need help identifying a bug

Hello! I'm about 3 weeks into my first grow and was watering my plants earlier when I noticed 3 or 4 tiny, brownish-white bugs crawling around on the outside of a couple of my fabric pots. I'm currently dealing with a few fungus gnats, but I usually only see a few flying around, and haven't noticed any larvae in the topsoil, so I used a 60x magnifier to double check. From what I've been reading, it sounds like they could be broad mites, but I really can't tell. There's no debris, eggs, or spots on the leaves, and I can't spot anything crawling on top or underneath any of the foliage, besides a single persistent fungus gnat in my face while I was cleaning my grow room.

Here is a video of one of the bugs I saw. Attached are some more pictures of them, as well as pictures of my worst looking plant (with and without flash). I think this one is in such bad shape because I accidentally ripped some of the roots out when transplanting a week and a half ago. It's a little concerning that the serrated edges appear to be curling upwards ever so slightly, but I'm not sure what that could be about besides pests, pH, ripping out some roots, or letting somewhat hot soil get a little too dry.

Plants look like they're just now entering veg, so I don't have a watering schedule yet. I just watered today because they looked droopy, using pH'd tap water and spinosad, and they perked right back up afterwards, for the most part. With my lights ("150W" UFO growstar) on, temps and RH are 75-80 and 50-60%, lights off 71-73 and 30-40%. I was planning on doing a foliar spray tonight with the ready-to-spray Captain Jack's deadbug brew I used as a soil soak this morning. Other than that, I'm really at a loss for what to do.

Any help is appreciated!

Pics are a little blurry so I’m not sure. Observe closely they can’t cause too much trouble if you keep an eye on them. Pick them off for now and observe. Don’t overreact. Here’s a good bug porn linky:

Edit - I saw your video, that dude is moving like a predator. Watch closely for now

Predatory mite, Hypoaspis Miles (Stratiolaelaps Scimitis). This bug is on your side and should help in controlling anything you Dont want in your soil. I buy these when i use fox farm soil, their soil almost always has fungus gnats.
