Need HELP growing in Illinois?

hello im new at growing and live in illinois, i started my plants inside on a 12/12 day during march but fucked up because i didnt mature them at the right time. i was only going 2 grow my plant a foot tall. my plant was flowering a little but when i put it outside it obviously switched back into re vegging. i have a couple of pics......the flowering plant is wat it looked like when i forst put it now and the other pics are from yesterday?. i wanna know if things look alright and if im going 2 even get bud off it?

as the days get shorter she will flower again patients grasshopper.
