Need help diagnosing my plants

Can’t figure it out for life of me .
Pro mix amended with Gaia green all purpose .
PH 6.2-6.8
Water ppm 300

Only appearing in 2 plants so far and one other has a rust spot on it on a lower leaves . Any help be great guys
