need help deisgning a 12x12 grow room

im setting up a grow room,it's a 12x12 Black/ White - reflective plastic sheeting set up like a tent im thinking of usings a 4x 1000w lights. i want to grow 200 white rhino plants.what size carbon filter and inline fan should i use ?

what type of lights should i use?

how many lb can i get a off 200 white rhinos? im hoping 8

if this is your first grow, why so large ?

Unless you are running co2 and have a perfect enviorment.. you wont get 2 lbs a light
get at least an 8 inch for those on a 100 cm filter.
