NEED HELP! Crawl Space Wiring..

I recently found a nice crawl space which opens into a large, probably 20' x 20', storage area that is packed with insulation looking stuff (kinda looks like saw dust, mite be saw dust). There is a pull string light right at the entrance to the space, but i believe it is a 130v pull light. Should there be electrical outlets up there? If not, is it possible to get them in there by DIY? Or possible to get my lights going up there (CFL's)?

Any Help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

You can get a adapter for the socket to give you 2 socket, and you can keep the light too.. A couple of bucks from HD. If this is a crawl space check around for some high gauge wiring and see if you can find where it is connected. If you can get your hands on a voltage tester that could help if you are familiar with working with electricity. Otherwise what a sweet find. Iam sure many of us would hope we could find a hidden space that BIG.
