Need help choosing times to run light

This is my first grow, I have day temp, lights off range of 77-86. And night 75-65 lights off. I bought a portable ac and it can drop the temp 5- 7 degrees. My led lights increase the temp by 5 degrees. When should I run my lights and ac. Thanks.

at night when coolest
are u in veg or flower ?
