What light cycle are you using? 24/0...20/4...18/6? If u are using one of them it is in veg. If you see any white hairs or pods growing at the branch and leaf intersections they are preflowers and it is mature enough to flower. I would stop using the flower nute and pick up some micro and grow nutes and grow it bigger if its still short. For white powder mildew follow these instructions...

1 Remove any heavily infested plant foliage and stems that have wilted because of the powdery mildew. Cut off the foliage with a sharp pair of scissors or garden shears and discard them in a sealed plastic bag. Do not shake the foliage, in order to avoid spreading the mildew's spores.

2 Pour a quart of standard 3 percent-strength hydrogen peroxide--available from most drugstores--into a gallon-sized spray bottle. Add three quarts of water and shake the spray bottle to mix its contents thoroughly. If you're using a bigger or smaller bottle, adjust the measurements so you're mixing one part H2O2 and three parts water.

3 Mist the hydrogen peroxide onto your plants, focusing on areas that have powdery mildew growth. Coat the foliage until there's so much moisture that it beads and drips off of the leaves.

4 Repeat the hydrogen peroxide application once daily until the powdery mildew problem subsides. Then, apply it as needed to control any new powdery mildew growth.

ahhh outdoors. I see nice pistils on them first two pics. Transplant into a 5 gallon bucket with good organic potting soil, not enough soil in that little pot for a flowering plant. Keep giving it the bloom nutes, get some cal/mag too. Pull them weeds out too as they will mess with your MJ's root system.

honestly it doesn't matter how old they are. They are not even as big as your seedlings and they are flowering, or it is or whatever. It is either an autoflower or was flowered and now will probably try to revert back to vegetative state. On top of that, it is infected with bugs from the looks of it, spidermites maybe. It's really not worth the hassle of this plant, if it continues to bud it will only yield a bowl and you will be disappointed. Tell your friend all the plants died and grow your own healthy plants.
