Need Help and Tips on Gelato Auto and Gorilla Glue Auto!!

This will be my first grow I just need any tips and help you guys could give on Gelato Auto and Gorilla Glue auto.

Well i just put my seeds in a moist paper towel.
I’m gonna be using 400w LED shop light
Bone meal, earthworm castings, and a few other dry amendments
I’m gonna use Coco
temps are gonna be like high to mid 70s indoor l
