Need GIANT Cannabutter Recipe

OK, so I have two 5 gallon buckets full of trim.

I want to make cannabutter from all of this..

Any ideas?

How much butter would you use?

I need to make ganja oreo frosting for 2000 close friends.

I'm thinking 50-100lbs of butter...

depends on the trim. depends on the friends..
ratio is It think... 1 lb butter for 1 oz weed)

I am guessing if you have 5lbs trim... most is (fan leave) and the rest good trim?
guessing you might have a max of 2 lbs trim?

I gotta weigh it.. It is not fan leaves - I ditch those.. It is only stuff with visible trichomes all over it

ok pulled out the big scale.. 3 lbs of trim...

I got lazy and let my trim accumulate for a year.

soooooo 3*16=48 ounces 48ounces*50lbs butter= pretty awesome.

Recipe for 20 lbs frosting:
7lbs butter
13 lbs powdered sugar


so I can do 7 X this recipe to yield 140 lbs of frosting (plus a couple sams club boxes oreos) to equal 150 lbs of total frosting.

150lbs frosting X 4 = 600 $20 servings..

hmm.. i need to mess with my recipe..

any input? anyone following my ADHD math?

I plan on smuggling the cannbutter and sugar in and then mixing it with an inverter and a morar mixing drill at the festival..

I don't know how that guy does it...

Yup 1/4 lbs tubs I think whipped up it looks like more. Don't go all frosting make a couple sheet cakes too! That's what bummed me out about that guy he had no cake to put it on!!

hmmmm... IMO.. I am saying thats going to be kinda week... so you are looking at 17lbs-20lbs of food ingred... then aprox 3 lbs trim.. so it's about 5.6 lbs of food per lb of pot? or .5 g per serving.. which is the norm... (in med shops) but again it's trim... I am saying your going to need close to 3-4 cupcakes for me to get a buzz.. I think the general thought is most edibles from disps dont get folks to buzzed.. for me I would need 1g to feel a small buzz

I like 1 oz to 1 stick of butter. Why not make some of it into hash?

twirling hippy edibles she is known as the cheesecake lady in tour but now supplies colorado med scene she uses hash and tincure and has shit down pat great products and super lady if i didnt make my own coconut oil i would eat her shit still but my cheesecake is better. dude if you want to make easy money make a refreshing snack and serve it cold like pumpkin rolls i used ten pounds of trim 30lbs of coconut oil and made half into pumpkin cake half into frosting. then i rolled them together that sold so fast people bought whole cakes to bring to there camp sites

freaking rigtheous idea.. people always are bummed to get just frosting and no cake! pumpkin roll. genius!
You got an exact recipe? Which kinda coconut oil do you use? Do you order the big blocks of organic shit from the interwebs?

My girlfriend just reminded me how crumbley and hard to roll the cake was with coconut oil make the cake regular pumpkin cake slice in half long ways . Roll with ganja icing I will post my recipies soon I just moved from Cali to 'rado and my recipies are missing gotta search some more. I got the block of coconut oil from a restaurant that orders it for there fryers they just got an extra block for me for feste eight .

Personally I would turn those two buckets into bubble hash first. It will make cooking with it much easier, taste better, and you'll have some sweet hash to puff on also while your in the kitchen.

Good info.. How did you smuggle in so much cake, though?

I was thinking I could smuggle in my butter/shortening in ice cream tubs and milk jugs and then mix frosting at the festival.. that just leaves bringing a 100lbs bag of powdered sugar in my spare tire area...

I like hash.. well, love hash... but I think making butter with the green stuff pulls out a lot of other cannabinoids that you wouldn't get in the hash.. That is my theory at least..

update:
took cannabutter to a festival up north. I made 16lbs of butter with 2 lbs of trim. It was SUPER strong. New quotes:
"One ounce peanutbutter fudge is like a horse kick to the brain" - 300lbs stoner
"My heart is racing and I feel super stoned. Will I make it?" - Girl
"I got really high and solved all of my life problems" - Same girl, next day

This was the strongest edible anything I ever had or made.
I made peanutbutter fudge with 1 cup cannabutter, 1 cup peanut butter, 4 cups powdered sugar.

Should of made some butane extracted hash or alcohol extracted hash out of those sugar leaves then made some bomb ass honey butter that would of rock the shit out of your friends.
