Need flowering advice! Lower branches of 5 footer in flowering looking scrawny.

I'm a newbie into my first grow. I have a five foot tall Black Domino put into flowering stage 3 days ago. I'm using FloraNova bloom at 1100-1200 ppm. Watering twice a day. Lower branches are looking scrawny, top branches looking good. Should I cut some lower branches, since the light isn't reaching them as well? Also, I plan on using Bush Master after 2 weeks to reduce vertical growth and promote bushing out. Whaddya think?

No particular reason for watering twice other than it seemed to be working during veg. I have a 1000w HPS light in an 8x8 room, also a t5 4ft. 8 lamp hanging in the corner to fill a gap.

Cut those suckers off and throw em away (unless you want clones). Bushmaster works well and you will probably need it. One 5ft plant just put in to flower under 1000 watts can do big things.

it depends on the light you use and its distance from the canopy.
if you use a 1000W you would probably be better off SCROGing or training the plant to let more light getting to the lower branches.
If you use a 250W you would probably be better off without them.

I'm at my legal medical limit for plant count, so can't clone any more. I'm hoping it's OK to prune during this early flowering stage. Will the clipping of these lower branches increase the size of the top colas and buds?

excuse my stupidity.

I say you can yield nicely from thoes branches if you train the tops and open the plant.

Look up on LST.
