Need Clearing Up About Nutes

I'm hoping to get my grow up and running in 1 week but there's one thing holding me back. Nutrients. I've a couple of Qs that I hope ye can answer.

Are Hydro Nutes the same as Soil?
Do I need two Nutes, one for Veg and one for Flower?
What N-P-K should I be looking for?

Add anything else you might think I should know.

u can usually use hydro nutes in soil they have a different ratio to soil though. and yes you need two different if not more kinds of nutes one for veg and another for flowereing, veg should be something like 3-1.5-4, and flower i did a 15-30-15. and now i just switched from that to 9-50-10 for the second half of my flower.
