The only two stores around here that sell plant products are walmart and lowes.

do you know of a product they carry thats good for flowering?

what numbers should i look for on the bottle?

24-8-16 works well for veg (miracle gro). you might try green light root stimulator for flower (10-15-10). don't use the super phosphates; it'll kill the plant eventually. try not to use mg for flower, and if you do, use minimally, and flush well before harvest.

NO!!!!!!! that's a super phosphate. super p's are very bad for pot. you can use it one time, as a boost, but repetitive use causes a p tox, lowering ph, causing lockouts, then deficiencies.

don't use super phosphates on pot ;)

ok i will follow the numbers you suggested...

cool... i take it you want a high middle number then
Organic miracle grow bone meal is 6-9-0. Peter's professional 20-20-20 works good for pot, and I have bought it before at Lowes. I like to only grow organic nowadays so i use stuff like biobizz, ageoldorganics, and bat quano, bone meal etc.

i've used shultz 10-60-10 for flowering before and had no problems. when you get fertilizers like this you just have to use less than the recomended dose.

much less, and you can't use it as a base nutrient either. roses love it, pot does not. pot likes a three two one ratio for veg (nitrogen:phosphorous:potassium) and a one two three for flower. 5-10-15 ie, would work very well for flower. if you can add potassium to the root stim, you might end up with some very pleasant results.

i don't suggest super p's for pot at all. if you use it, use it once in a blue moon, and go light.
