Need another pair of eyes to confirm this grow... pics inside

So I had a problem with my cabinet before (light leaks) which caused stress on my baby girl during Flowering mode. Click the link below to view the original problem and older pictures.

2 weeks later, I have these "buds" growing all around, so I wanted to be sure this is the weed actually growing, and not some weird hermie thing going on. Please let me know what you guys are observing here. She's gettin bigger every week, so I want to harvest once she's ready (another 2 to 3 weeks??). So what do you guys think? I havn't changed the soil in about a month and 1/2, so I should probably go ahead and change it too, right?

Ummmmm where do i start. Your leaves should never curl, that plant does not look like its been vegging for a month at all look at my pics to see what plants are supposed to look like. You dont have anywhere near enough light for a full flowering plant, so you will never get any decent sized buds. And last you transfer from a seedling in a cup to a pot only never NEVER EVER "change your dirt". you will break up root structure and totally fuck up the nutrient levels. if it was me i would ditch this whole plant and do some research its not a plant your gonna get any smoke off of and its not worth going to the slammer!

Let's say you NEED MORE LIGHT. Now add more information like , light , water, temp and so on. you can put them in bigger pot , I go bigger with no light at all be Green lights help if you need to see. Also read more on the growfFAG and it will help you a lot.

Thanks man, I appreciate the honest reply. And as a matter of fact, I did do a ton of research. The only reason why I am posting now is because the bud looks weird to me, and I wanted an experienced grower's opinion, simple as that. That is what the forum is for, so back off guys, jeez.

As for my lighting, water, ect. I am using 3 23CFL Warm (100W equiv):

n:vision 23 Watt Spiral Bright White, 2 Pack - 5M823235K at The Home Depot

And feeding with proper nuts once every 2 weeks, and 6.5 PH balanced water every 2 days (when she starts getting a bit dry).

And "JacksJacks" or whatever, I said I was in flowering mode, not vegging. That's already been done. I got 4 others in veg mode, so this being my first plant, I want to make sure I get the next 4 right. Anyway, I do appreciate ALL responses, despite what is being said.

if u only have the 1 plant , wait longer, who knows what will happen.. i mean it def looks like its turning into one, but I could be absolutely wrong. Id wait a couple weeks.

Alright, awesome, thats what I need to hear. Additionally, the CFL and wattage should be enough, right?

i'd like to see more pics of the "buds", looks interesting thats for sure.

This lighting is not good enough for the flower cycle veg alright but there are a lot better get a 75watt hps this will do the job for 1 plant not super yeld but it will bud nice its not the wattage of the bulb its the spectrum (light color) it needs to be more red 12 hrs total dark is key stress when in flower can make fem plants turn hermy Iv done it bloody seeds everywhere
