Need Advise & Opinions on First Grow Room

Hi I am thinking of using the following set up;

Flood & drain 3' x 3', 4" rockwool with clay pebbles around it, lumatek 400 W e ballast(uses both MH & HPS), Hydrofarm Radiant reflector 21" x 21" (no glass), horticulture lamps, exhaust fan for flowering smell, ocillating fan. Not too worried about heat??
What size res should I use?? Nutes?? GH or Advanced?

Got seeds ; BF Tangerine Dream & LSD (all Fem). Gonna germinate a few, place in rockwool cubes on propagation mat, then into humidome(is this right or needed?), then veg under MH.

Please give your thoughts & opinions.

Heat might no be a problem as long as you plan to exhaust it someplace else besides back into the area your growing in......if not it will probably be a problem.....
