Need Advice Plz!!!!!!!

hey guys, am on 2nd week of growing my seedlings under 3 cfl's, i have them growing in basket pots because i'll be transplanting them to a ebb and flow system and a 400w hps light when theyre ready, ive noticed on 2 of the plants the main root has grown right down out of the pot and is sitting in the tray ive got them in now and they are being hit with light aswell is this ok?? im growing in rockwool cubes surrounded by clay pellets. should i put them in the ebb n flow system now?? please help my babys are going really well and i dont wana lose em,

I don't know crap about hydro but 2 week old plants are more than ready for a soil grow. With soil you want a strong root base before replanting, I assume Hydro is the same....
