Need advice on what to do about brownish spots on my leaflets. URGENT :)

so if you look closely (sorry I couldn't circle them or something convinient) but my leaflets seems to be getting brown spots and I"m not sure what is going on or what to do about it, but I think it might be too much nutrients or not enough, but thats my guess. Can someone help me and explain to me how to help my baby.

are the spots very small?

ya I did try posting up two photos but it seems that the size on them was very small, but the spots on my leaflets are about a dime size, could it be lack of Phos.
