Ok guys going to be picking up an AC tommorow need to know what you think, We are not going to do the window AC instead we are going portable. We found one for 300$ its 9,000 BTU - De-Humidifier - and Carbon filter all-in-one unit, We are pulling 500 CFM into attic with fans currently and plan to add atleast another 500, our room temps with just the fans is 80F-85F average in this hot weather, Room size is 21ftx7ftx9ft roughly 1,000 cubic feet, let me know what you guys think, will this be good enough please please:

(We also have and adjustable fan for the intake 3 settings I am gueesing its about 100 to 300CFM depending how high we have it on)

As long as you don't think that the carbon filter in that A/C is going to control odor. It should do a nice job cooling the place down. Remember you still need to draw fresh air in and drip the condensation out but I think it will still be better than a window unit. Go buy it.
