need advice on my new setup?

hey guys currently i'v been using 2 125watt cfl for vegging and flowering but im now thinking of using a 250 hps. my main worry is the heat of the hps in my grow area. will i need a cooltube? currently this is what im thinking about buying:

would this light be fine for the grow tent?
would i need a cooltube or would it be ok with a regular reflector?

i will be running an exhaust fan from the tent and a 6 inch clip on fan to blow on the plants. any advice would be helpfull

A regular reflector will be OK for what you have in mind, but consider using in inlet fan as well as an outlet fan, the more air circulation the better.
