Need advice on autos

A true auto you should not have to change light cycle or anything to start it flowering.. and it all depends on lighting, nutes, if they under go stress along with other things what your yield would be.

but thats my answer...
I currently just started my first auto grow 14 plant 6 strain with a 600w hps cool tube so I can not be of to much help as far as using cfl lights for growing autos. But I have used cfl lights for regular photoperiod plants and I try to have atleast 100 true watts per plant.

You can use 5000k or 2700 im on my third run with autos and like a few posts before me said a true auto doesnt need to change the light cycle so far all my runs have been 18 6 with hps only, this run doin mh for the veg and switchin to hps but keeping it on 18 6.

Yield has not much to do with how long you happened to let it veg for.. or really.. how long it chose to veg for. If you happen to have it at 2 ft.. its yield still depends on how you grow it and feed it etc..
You should at least change light from veg to flower tho.. 2700k.
