use a half gallon to gallon pot. as for lights at least use 2-3 but for best results use as many cfl's as you can, while still keeping your temperature at around 75. use daylight cfl's for veg (6500K) and warm white cfl's for flower (3000K). you can build a cfl fixture with a power strip, and at the local hardware store they sell these things that basically plug into a socket and have a light socket on the other side.
the auto blueberry wont be very tall, but if you wanted it extra short do some research on LST (low stress training) this is done by tying the plant down. it makes the plant bush and stay short, while not causing the plant too much stress.
i am growing some blueberry indicas right now, they aren't automatic, but they are short and doing great in their final stages of flower!! oh my god do they smell good. good luck dude, and no worries, you will figure this out no problem.
