Need advice for setup

I want a setup that's cost efficient & can go in a closet. I live in arizona.. it gets real hot. I've already done this before but the buds I grew were no good, they were Airy and didn't smoke good.

So what can I do to make a working setup in this heat thats not very big.
I'm thinking 1 or 2 plants under cfls or LED's, I want healthy plants in a small space in an environment that gets pretty hot especially with the lights on all day.

What can I do to ensure success in my next grow?

As I've read a lot on this forum already I'd appreciate anything you could tell me about growing in a tight space that gets hot

get a refrigerator gut the inside and keep the cooling unit.. turn the thermostat all the way up and put a exhaust fan on the back. or you can just get an ac unit ..

Always keep your plants below 84 f.... If you see it hit 85 f on your Temp gauge, it prob hit 87 some where under your lights....
CFL's add temp...Careful...
