Need advice for proper ventilation!

What's up everyone,

I'm a new grower and am having issues ventilating my room. I was curious if there's anyone out there who has or know's about venting into the homes heating and air ducting. I really don't want to go putting holes in the house and was curious if this option would work or not. Please help! My plants need fresh air.

use a fan?

I have an 8 inch can fan and filter to go with it but I don't know where to direct that air. Outside isn't really an option unless I put a hole in the siding of the house. I was curious if directing that air into the heating and air vent would work or not?

The air that you want to exhaust. Is it from an outside source? If not the whole place is going to have a funny odor. If you want to push the air in the duct system, air is going to be coming out of the ducts when your little secrete grow room fans are on.

chimmney or a dryer vent might work.
