Need a lotta info on blog and twitter google facebook and stuff- please help

Hey everyone, I need to do some thing where I want to optimize my google search results and I need to make a blog. How do I make a blog? and also how do I maximize my google at the top of a page? how do I make a facebook with one name instead of a first and last name? how does facebook work? how do I put stuff on my facebook page? what do you do with it? they seem pretty plane is there any way to make a good one?

Some moose knuckle just offered me to do this crap for me for $500 but I think I can do it and I would appreciate it if you guys would help- thanks

Come on I know someone here can do internet, can you take some time to explain this stuff to me? If not I will have to post photos of GG Allin pooping in random jibber jabber and that creates a hassle for the mods to edit out and I like the mods so you don't want to do that so you should just help me out with info

im not a computer technician or an expert by any means, i dont personally have a facebook because i dont like the government and everyone else in usa and the world to know when i go take a shit or jerk off, but im pretty sure i can help you get started beardo, im not entirely sure on what the questions are so if you could verify for me, ur trying to maximize ur google search? does that mean u wanna max it for you to be able to search on google better? or do u mean uwant ur blog or facebook or whatever at the top of the google page when you search for your keywords? Yeah basically I want to use them all to get people to buy stuff and direct them to me when they do a google search for certain words, so when you googe something my stuff comes up, now I heard it helps to use these dfferent accounts in conjunction but I don't know what a blog is or how to use one or do it good, I was referred to wordpress earlier , and I don't know much about how to do a good facebook and i'm not sure if they all should have the same name for each account but im guessing they should, and i'm wondering how to maximize my search results for each phrase so I come up first when someone is searching and how to do all this effectivly so I make money but don't seem like spam to people who are looking for stuff

Amen! For as mentally ill as I am I'm backing away and I'm a software engineer who worked the 'net since they turned the fucking switch on and I am not that crazy or capable.
