I left my girls on auto pilot for a few days and the top leaves got really burned. On top of that the buds are looking hermy/nanners. What do you think? Worth saving?

Def bleaching from light...you can get a lux meter and use the formula to calculate rough estimate of PAR at canopy. Ever since I did this, I realized I was truly killing my plants with too much light. You'd think these new LEDs aren't that powerful, but they are.

Yes thats bleaching, not too much and they look like they need another 4+ weeks, if you raise it now the new fresh growth comes atop green again.
Also the top leaves and sugar leaves are burnt.

Yes the new lights are very efficient even on like 300-350w, with good genetics and some green thumb 600+g easy.
