Naked closet

Beginning to build the interior of my closet this week. cant have the neighbours upstairs smelling the dank so i come here to seek guidance on insulating the room.
how have u guys done it? 5mm plastic wrap, plywood, that white sheeting stuff... where to begin on creating a grow closet...

u need to find a place to exhaust to (keeping in mind the noise/look factor). Then you can create negative pressure in the closet by installing a exhaust fan. For the odor grab a carbon filter. Phresh are the best imo but there's a lot out there. The cheaper ones tend to not last as long tho.
