N deficiency, Fusarium (or other) wilt, or...? Help appreciated!! PICS

Hey all,

I'm a noob to growing, now at day 14 of flowering and have come across a problem and would really appreciate some help and feedback. Specific details about my grow are linked in my signature, but in short:

- 6 plants growing in coco soilless and 'grower's best medium' at a 50:50 ratio
- using soul synthetics bloom at about twice the recommended application rate, feeding approx. 2 cups to each plant daily
- under 550+ cfl watts
- day temps from 72-76 degrees F, night temps around 65-66
- humidity, has been a big problem since about day 21 of veg. (lots of LST, serious bush action, obviously too many plants (transpiration) in the space i'm using.) used to be a constant 70-85-ish percent, but it dropped a little after i pulled a male about a week and a half ago. then about a week ago, i built and installed a carbon filter, which also helped bring it down, but has still been 60-75% r.h. i have 3 fans going 24hrs a day, and while i was digging around last night looking for another, came across an old dehumidifier and immediately put into action. now, i have it down to 40-50% (phew!).

symptoms:
- growth has appeared to have slowed some
- bottom leaves on some plants (up to lower third on some) appear wilted
- some brown/black leaf spotting with appearance of slow chlorosis on lowest fan leaves (very slight occurrance of that)
- very red/reddish-brown, mostly on the top half of petioles on new growth at the top of some plants, but also at the center of some leaves

i've realized i've been overwatering, but my question is, what is that redness in the petioles/stems? is it a fungus, or more likely n deficiency? based on Cervantes' bible, it appears it could be either. the redness isn't happening on every plant, and is only occurring on about 1-3% of all the stems/leaves of each affected plant. if it is a fungus, is it too late to prevent the complete spreading of it?

i did pick up some 3% H2O2 last night, mixed it at a ratio of 2 fl.oz.:48 fl.oz. and gave each plant about 8 fl.oz. worth (which is the only watering they rec'd yesterday), and this morning, it seemed to help some of the wilting (so i wouldn't be surprised if i have some root rot going on). today, i'm going to get some fungicide. any good recommendations?

sorry for the long post, but thanks in advance for any help!!

NOTE: i did notice some white spots in these pics i just took. i had to cut through some drywall the other day when installing the carbon scrubber, so i think it might just be that... or it might be powdery mold. i'll need to take a closer at that.

as an added note, i've been using tap water to feed my ladies. i regularly check the pH and it always comes in at around 6.4. being lazy in that regard, i figured why not just use it? so maybe those white spots could just be salts....

anyway, thanks again in advance for any info!
