Can anyone clear up this here little 'wives tell mystery'? And it goes, soaking a cigarette in 12oz water bottle over night and then use to spray on plant and it will kill gnats/mites without harming the plant. Sounds kinda legit..IDK.

Yo my guy, I have found great success with just organic neem oil and RO water with dish soap as the emulsifier. Warming the water helps mix it even more. Straight up destroyed a fungus gnat infestation I had. Later on my fern had spider mites outta no where. 2 treatments 1 week apart wrecked those too. You can even use it as preventive treatment once a month. It doesnt kill everything, but it fucks with their hormones and they stop fuckin. Dont spray your plants with the lights on tho, I found that out the hard way. Hit em at sundown.
