After a change of plans, going to use a tent, I've picked out a Mylar eziTENT 100 x 100 x 180 cm (The deal breaker for choosing a tent over making a DIY because it would be easyer to move, because I might be moving house soon)

I'm going to use the whole tent for vegetative/flowering (except first grow). Will make a cloning box someway through my first grow.
I'm going to use a 400w hps lighting.

Here are my problems
- I can't decide between a 60cmx60cm shade or a 90cmx80cm shade, which would be best?
- How many plants will I be able to grow in this setup? (I'm aiming for maximum use)
- My friend wants to put fluro lights down the sides of the tents to give the plants more light on the sides, is this a good idea?
