100% Organic Soil Mix


1.5 Cubic Ft - Fox Farm Ocean Forest
2 Gallons - Perlite
3 tbsp - Hi-Cal Lime
1.5 Cup - Wiggle Worm Castings
3/4 Cup - Espoma Tomato Tone 3-4-6
1 1/2 Cup - Algamin Kelp Meal 1-0-2
3/4 Cup - Espoma Green Sand 0-0-0.1
7 1/2 Cup - Glacial Rock Dust​



Lighting Setup


Using CFL's for Vegging. I do have a 600w set-up but I feel for one plant it's overkill. So I'm using THREE CFL Daylight Bulbs. Seem to be working good seeing how I want to keep the tree short. In all actuality I do NOT notice a difference between using CFL and the 600w light. Specifically for Vegging. Haters that hate on CFL's, take your comments on another thread home fry. When I do switch to flower mode, I will be using my 600w HPS.

The seed that I'm using this run is actually a seed that was randomly found on a table. No lie. With that being said, I'm going to take advantage of testing my pruning/topping/lollipopping/etc.. out on this go. So far it seems to be a very healthy strain and loves the ORGANIC SOIL .

Week 3 of Veg



As pictured :

Just hit week 3 of veg today (or about). Topped (3rd top training) on the top growing branches to let the lower ones catch up. Once they do catch up I will again, top for the last time.
Everything is looking green and good. No ACT added. Just R/O water and letting the soil do its thing.

Beautiful work. Did you cook the mix at all?

Thank you . I know I've been holding back for some time. But I hit week 5 of Veg and decided to flip to 12/12..

I'm having concerns/thoughts on my current ladies though. I'm on week 9 with them and the trichomes are not showing many ambers.. Still mostly cloudy/clear. Only amber on the leaves that are yellow / burnt looking. I havent been giving it any nutes because I was having a burn problem. But it seems like its not stopping, just every leave is starting to die.

Brother, next time try rotating the pics to a vertical position prior to uploading? Just had carotid artery surgery and looking at shit sideways is a bit problematic on a good day. They look good tho....
