My Ultimate Grow Op (Potentially)

Ladies and gentlemen!!! I am proud to and honored to share my grow op (potentially) to the RollItUp Community. Now this is not a real setup, it is the one I plan on having once I have it approved by the community. Now I have a good amount of money set aside for supplies but I would like to set a $5,000 limit. I am deciding between these two setups:

1: Volksgarden
I have been looking into the Volksgarden for some time now and have read more bad than good about the item, but I simply cannot resist. And this setup is why. I would have a vegetative room and a flowering room. In the vegetative room I would house the mothers and clones and the clones would be vegged hydroponically for a few days before going into the flowering room. In the flowering room would be the Volksgarden. Now for basic flowering knowledge. Flowering roughly takes 8 weeks. Roughly. The Volksgarden has 16 rows. Now you divide the 16 rows of the Volksgarden by the 8 weeks of flowering and get the number 2. This means if I were to setup the Volksgarden as a perpetual garden, I would place 4 clones in each of the two rows every week (Hence 16/8 = 2 rows. Got it?). And as a result, would have a harvest every week of four plants in two rows equaling eight plants harvested every week. Now, regardless of the plants' limited area for growing, to satisfy me, all the plants would have to do is put up 14 grams per plant. Meaning, 8 plants x 14 grams = 4 ounces per week. And that is not an unreal expectation is it?

2. Grow Tents
This setup is the more costly one, approximately $4,000 from what I have gathered. So... I would have four tents. Each tent 4x4 feet. Tent 1 would house mothers and clones through a Drip Irrigation Hydroponic system. Tent 2 would house two 2x4 ft. trays. These two separate trays are two completely separate hydroponic systems. They will represent one month of vegetative growth. So 1 month divided by 2 trays means two weeks per tray. Got it? Now this setup is a perpetual garden in which I would have a harvest every 2 weeks. So a quick recap. From mother plants, I would take clones. The clones will remain in Tent 1 (the mother and clone tent) for two weeks to allow a nice root system to establish. After two weeks in Tent 1, the clones would be taken to Tent 2 (the vegetative tent - Drip Irrigation system) where the plants would spend two weeks per tray meaning four weeks of veg. Nice right? Then the plants would go from Tent 2 (the vegetative tent) into Tent 3 (The flowering tent). Now, if I want a harvest every two weeks and it takes 8 weeks (roughly) to flower, how many trays will I need? If you answered 4, you are correct!! 8 weeks of flowering divided by a desired harvest of every 2 weeks requires 4 trays. With four 2x4 ft. trays, I will need 2 tents. So in Tent 3, the plants would flower in an Ebb and Flow Hydroponic system for one month (two weeks per tray). Then move on to Tent 4 to finish the final month of flowering (two weeks per tray in an Ebb and Flow Hydroponic system).

Questions:
1. Will two 2x4 ft. trays fit in a 4x4 ft. grow tent?
2. In the Grow Tent option. How many plants can fit in 2x4 ft. tray?

And that's all folks!! So please please please let me know what you think. If you have questions that is completely understandable but I think I elaborated enough. And please feel free to crush my dreams, I would actually prefer it than rather purchase everything and have it not work out.
So thank you so much for your time and hope to hear from many of you.

I'd aim use the low end of things when trying to estimate yields. I would say 14g would be mid to high end when working with clones(especially if unexperienced), unless you veg them for weeks which kind of defeats the purpose of a clone SOG. When estimating with plants in a clone SOG I would plan for 7g dry/per clone.

edit:
holy shit, the volksgarden is $2,000 and doesn't include lighting? you could build one of those so much cheaper.
