my seedlings are dying

i have seedings about two weeks old and from the start the leaves have been really dark deformed and curled up. now they are trying to put off the multi fingered leaves but the plant will not grow up and all of the leaves are different sizis and are all sorts of f'd up anybody have a clue what is going on???? pleasw help me!!!!!

P.S. i have three plants about a month old that are thriving and doing beautifully but i dont know what type of nuts to use they are on ther second set of leaves with 3fingers
