Hi all, welcome to my second grow.

I have two rooms this is the veg, kinda stealthy unlike my grow tent.

It has a 150w MH on a home made double parabolic reflector, auto humidity control using a fogger and adjustable speed extractor fans.

The cuttings are Skunk #1 from sensi seeds

and here are my girls, 14 x cheese from Green house seed co.

Then my second room is a 4' x 4' Secret Jardin DS100.
It is powered with a 600w grow-lux HPS in 6" cool-tube fitting with 6" inline fan and a 4" carbon filter and 4" inline fan.

20 x cheese and 5 x skunk #1

Timer controled fan speed, drops fan speed when lights off.

So what do u think?

Is I doing it right?

Thanks 4 complement Badnugbong, not happy yet till I got CO2 and NASA style aeroponics.

it's actually a fogger, he's using it to control humidity...
SmokesLikeBob, got it in one! I use it with a humidity sensor, the white box with knob on. this keeps humidity constant to whatever I set. only cost £30 all in!

Every thing looks great for your 2nd grow, is that 25 plants in the tent? Thats a lot of plants, have you starting to flower them yet? If you haven't i think it would be a good idea to flower 'em soon coz they'll get way too big.
You've got green fingers mate

Thanks for poping by!

I was thinking of using mix of B.A.C 2 part grow and Ionic boost nutes this feed at about 900ppm ond 6.8ph?

I thought cramin em in sog is a good way to grow? but if they start to suffer some will b killed as I live in a city.

to be a sog u would have had to flip them sooner. then ya woulda had nice little lollypops with about an oz or more per plant :).

the ph and that seems ok.

all that will suffer is the lower stuff. thats why i said perhaps some select pruning... though i think i realised later and answered on westies thread :eyesmoke:

Thats what im after about 1oz a plant, or about 600 grams per tent?
When should I prune? where and how much? they have had about 7 days 12/12

Your a star for all your help, I have read many books but I find someone to ask direct questions to is invaluable!

hehe i didnt mean the conventional prune.

i meant flip it to flower and they will double to tripple in size once flipped so you are going to want to get rid of the un needed growth so light can penetrate to the arms and colas you have left. by cutting off the unwanted arms and leaving the ones you want the energy will be put into building them up... like i said pick the arms you will get the most off (ie, most nodal pints that are close together. the tips of plants usually give nice big buds.

once theres some space left maximise the penetration and space.....

now this could either go really well or fuck up completely lol.

If you do any pruning, i would take off the lower branches that don't get direct light. you also might wanna take off all the foliage from the soil upto about 10 inches so the air can get under neath. you'll know in 2 or 3 weeks how much room you will have, my guess is that you'll probably have to take half the plants out. How big is your tent?

yeah thats kinda what i meant.. and as time goes on hell see what he can take off and where to bend some that will get better light around that time.... basically try maximise the amount of big colas hes gonna get ya know.

if he did some middle cleaning and what not he could maximise his yield via exposing more braches that areto be colas..

anothr idea for a fun experiment would be to leace some shade and do a 2 part harvest as you have to oudoors with bigger plants.. the plants can often need a few more weeks to finish after the top has finished.

the endresult is the bottom buds seem to get considerably bigger as opposed to when you just wait it out and then when its mostly ready you harvest..

Thank u both for your sugestions and help!

I took em out with the idea of pruning but chickened out, lol. I will prune but I think I will wait about week so I can better ascertain what bud points dont get light and what ones do? but at least I think I get where to cut and why now, so thanks!

Today I bought 2 x 7" oscillating fans for inside the tent as the 4 computer fans I was using are really loud and to powerful in one point.

I also ordered a 21L a day Swan dehumidifyer for my living room as it is getting really damp and with craming em in, I dont want bud rot!

Hopfully this grow goes ok as I need it to fund a 4x600w grow at a m8's

Thanks again for your help!
