My Recovered Girl, Loking good Need Some FeedBack On the progress, Finishing + REP

Well i saved my girl and got her going again she was stunted earlyt and all but now its starting to get cold and the hairs are all turning brown and receding.....Is this a sign that shes finishing up or does she still have some more time???She looks like she needs more time to me because im just now finally getting the buds to fill in.
Im including some new pics and would like to get some feedback on her. Shes not big but there are about 4 or 5 decent colas and the rest below are just barely even popcorn nugz. So Should I cut off the smaller popcorn nugs towards the bottom as I dont really see them filling in before harvest. I would rather my nice buds that have a chance get all the attention. So what Do you guys think?????? Check her out and let me know.

Its a baby , its been stunted pretty bad , i would reccomend a few more week like 3 , and ive her more sunlight.
maybe even check ph and flush or give it some all purpose formula.

In that case im wondering how did your plant ever get stunted ?
Im pretty sure ph perfect would make it good enough to not even have to flush.
But i never used it so im not sure what the problem is.
How many hours of sunlight does she get ?
how long since you seen the first flower ?

She started out in a bad area and i saved her
very low lighting on the veg state Produced the stunted growth
I moved her and literally brought her back from a NDE
lol

Well I'm due for a full week of rain and I'm concerned about her, I mean a 5 days of rain outside unattended????
