Recently ch9 has released some new strains and also started selling single seeds. I placed a small order for some of the new strains in early November. The order was in my mailbox in 6 days. No big deal yet, right? Keep reading....
After recieving my order I didn't check my e-mail again until December 29 which was well over a month. When I finally did I saw that ch9 sent me an e-mail in mid November, just after my order arrived. They were requesting feedback on the strains I ordered and said they could send some free seeds for the effort. I then responded, telling them that the seeds in question were now plants, but still in veg and doing very well. I mentioned how I knew that to earn some free seeds I was well aware that they would probably want a post-harvest report with pics and the whole works.
I didn't check my e-mail again until the next day but when I did I saw that they responded to my e-mail within one hour. They said that when they sent me the e-mail in November it was because they did not yet have any feedback on the strains I ordered, but by now they had. I thought I had missed out. They went on to say that if I send them a mailing address they would send me some free beanz anyway so I didn't respond for nothing.
I was thinking if I get 3 to 5 free seeds this would be great so I sent them my mailing address. Once again they responded within one hour and said they would send 3 white shark, 3 toxic blue, and 3 blue lemon thai. That's 9 seeds, all feminized and some of their most expensive. If I would have placed this order it would have cost me over usd$130.00. By the time we exchanged those last e-mail there is no way it could have been in the mail before last Saturday and the package was in my mailbox today (to usa). That's just 7 days over the holidays.
I'm so happy! I just had to plug these guys. I have ordered seeds from other seeds banks and/or breeders, but ch9 has the best customer service in my experience. Their strains are great, too. I could go on and on, but I need to go start germinating my 'Christmas presents"!!
