My plants started flowering.

I brought home some clones and put them under 24/7 light but they started to flower.
Just a couple buds. This happened about a week ago. I kept the 24/7 going still and they seemed to have stopped flowering..And are doing okay so far..but a few nodes have 2 lil buds each (female buds, w/ pistils).

Will this keep flowering or will it keep vegging?
Can I take clones off it and veg them?
If I take clones off them will they grow a root system and flower immediately? Or?
Any help or info is very much appreciated. TY

they're just pre-flowers, you'll continue to veg.. the clones you brought home were taken from a mature plant

I dont know if I would call them pre-flowers but either way just remain steady with your light cycle and they will be fine and will continue their vegetative growth normally.

I agree that they were probably taken from a mature female during flowering.

Last question..if I cut clones off it will they still take root & veg up?
That's what I'm mainly wanting to know...
Or will they keep flowering because the hormones are already there and pretty much die because they
can't maintain the higher water/nutrient needs during flower because of no roots?

if it is an autoflowering strain it will bud under 24/7 but u should do 20/4 for some time tio rest ,but if its just reg plant u gotta switch to 12/12 bro

if its a clone that had been taken if flowering u might ened up with a retard unless u clone from the branches that come out of where the trikes

It's not auto flowering. It's a strain I got from a dispensary (picked up a couple clones)..
With the shock I think it cuased them to flower early..
I'm trying to find out if:
They can still be kept under 24/7 light and will REVERT to VEG, or if now that they're flowering they're flowering and it's just too bad, no way to stop it?

I want these 2 to be my moms for now so I want them to stay in VEG, when I noticed the pistils it pistil'd me off..lol.
So are they still good to mom from or should I trash them and start new moms going?

man you guys are soooo lucky you can buy clones rooted. wtf thats awsome....me if im carrying a clone where i live im sneakin like a jew in nazi germany......wtf mass needs to get its shit strait....although we did just decriminalize

Any suggestions on good strains people have grown personally is very much appreciated as well. This is my first time trying to cultivate however I am a medical user here in california. I am just trying to grow enough for my needs (2oz/month) of some good quality shiet, kinda looking for something with a high bud:fanleaf ratio, with decent sized buds (I hate it when a strain has a ton of (the smaller) fan leaves & very few, small buds. I'm basically looking for exact opposite)

After I get my setup going (I have plans for it already) I am going to post a very detailed newbie-guide to building your own closet grow box..so I will be returning all of this advice, I just need to borrow it for now.
