My plants retarded?

So this is my hydrosetup. The little guy was dying the first week he sprouted. His starter cube didnt have enough holes in the bottom so it was waterlogged and he was being "overwatered". He started dropping and his leaves wouldnt grow. After i ripped the bottom of his starter cube apart and exposed the root. He came back to life. This is the 3rd week. He started doing it the first week. Is he too far gone?? He isnt growing.

From what I can see they are all doing quite well. The small plant could be a runt for many reasons. It could be the strain, a generic defect in the seed, it got exposed to cold... Just let it do it's thing and it will come along - might be a smaller plant than the rest, but should do well.

Think about the possibility of introducing more light for later when the plants crowd each other for light.

should i cut off some of the lower fan leaves that arent getting any light or are already fully grown?

Leave plant the way it is for at least a month unless you're going to top it. The plant needs all the leaves it makes imo... They can be thinned out some later, much later...

People (me included) like to diddle with their plants cause they need to feel like they did something. best to leave it alone but then again I don't listen to myself so there.

I would avoid cutting any leaves off. Try some LST if you can rather then cutting. Just my 2 cents.
