My plant seems to be withering help guys:(

hey guys, so this is my 1st plant and it seems to be having a little trouble .As u can see ,the biggest leave in the picture seems to be withering some what. any advice would help me a great deal

its a little hard to see whats goin on in the pic. some more would be GREAT! =) but by the looks of it the soil looks very moisturized be careful you dont overwater. that may be the root cause to the withering but its hard to tell if there is defficiencies in the leaf =( well hope to hear from ya soon so one of us can help you further happy grows it! Need way more info. besides this picture, it's at a bad angle too so you can't really tell what's going on. One thing is for sure, you dont have nearly enough light. That's plants stretching like a first baseman for the Mets! Definitely moisture issues, probably too frequent of waterings. How much light do you have? how often are you watering? where'd the seeds come from? temperature in the grow room? humidity? all of these help big time when answering questions. Notice how the leaves look like they're sagging? that's cause they're filled with water and wont need any for a long time. The leaves should be pointing up at the sky like people in church who hold their arms up in praise. This may be way off, but for that size plant, the space between the sets of leaves "nodes" shouldn't be more than an inch or inch and a half. otherwise she's stretching. as it gets bigger that changes, but that's my rule of thumb for babies. and it looks like the work of evil incandescents to me. or maybe a halogen flood light. as stated above, we need more info. whats lights are you using?

well i had just watered the plant when i took the picture but it had been like 4 days since i had watered it but thats usally how often i water it......as far as the lighting goes i have a couple of desk lamps with some grobulbs in them .as far as where the seeds came from i cant say other than it was some crazy ass bud that was goin around for literally one day before my buddys were dry..the temp in the room is about 75 to 80 degrees

good info lights need to be closer and cfls will prob do better then what you got how long have you been growing?? age of plant. the cfls will prob do better then what is goin on right now. they look streth deff closer but happy grows smoke one!!

That is an extremely stretched plant. And that is a horrible bulb you have. I remember seeing those bulbs in the 90s man. There's tons of information on here about growing man.

yes as MC said that bulb is shit. you need to get rid of those lights and go buy some 26 watt daylight CFLS. forgot about "plant lights" when i was listing off my possible culprits for such a stretched plants. those things worthless.
