my plant is looking grim

The nutrient aqua flakes in hydro a and b is what i am using
The new leaves are coming in poor, with a burning tip look(like taking a lighter to them for a second)
alot of leaves are showing brown on the edges.
i used 3.ml of A and 3.ml of B
drip clean .4ml per gallon
1.ml of root excel.
water temp is 69.5
room is 70 degrees
I am in 8 gallons with a slow drip system

first pic looks like nute burn

i was using soil a and soil b in hydro. too much potash
