My neglected baby

I didn't really have all the supplies to properly care for my baby. Now that I do, do you think she is fixable? If so, where do I start?

id cut off some of those dead fan leaves for a start, then she should bounce back fine all they really need is air, water and light keep it simple.

she can survive!!! it'll take some serious TLC and 24hour lighting, but it's definitely possible! then again, if you feel like going to easy route and have more seeds, i'd probably just start over. Goodluck with the grow!
