My leaves look like they are coated with yellow powder. Need help identifying.

I have fungus gnats. I use yellow stickies and only get fungus gnats. Back of.leaves are clean. I did get a new light about a week ago and wondering if it might be some light sensitivity. I have been googling for a while and haven't seen any similar pics unfortunately

Powdery mildew, treat with neem oil, or spinosad soap or dr zymes or 100 different other products.

Yes powdery mildew comes yellow too lol

These are the same signs that I had when I had the fungus gnats, I tried many different solutions but the one that worked best for me was a good fan directly pointed on the soil. Fungas gnat's larvae eat at your roots.

Are plants drooping? Whole plant pics would help, also some grow information.
Grow space size, light used, distance. How soon did that start after you got the new light. Does top growth have or had white tips? Does it cause leaves to become dry and brittle where infected? Are infected leaves top to bottom?

For gnats use the sticky traps plus use mosquitoe dunks 1 per gallon of water or crush one up and sprinkle around soil then water. Or use a neem oil soil drench that's what I do. If in veg I'll also use the neem as a foliar spray.

After soil drench if you have the large square sticky traps tear them in half leave one side on peel one side off place on either side of plant, sticky side up, not sticky side on soil. As flat as they can get

He says it doesn’t rub off but closeup pictures of the leaf surface has clusters of what appears to be mold of some sort. Probably treat same as PM.

That's what mine looked like when I tried running a 5x5 light in a 4x4 tent (ROI-e720). I attempted it 3 times trying different methods each one. I've always been in mid flower when I used 100% hopefully you're still in veg and can veg out of it. If it's the light theres nothing you can do for damaged leaves just dim a bit or dim and raise it. If you can't you'll need a bigger grow space. The lower growth will be fine. Those are fans under the plant canopy not recieving direct light and are fine also the lower growth further from light are fine, If it's the light, damage will be on top growth but will work it's way as far as the light will damage. About 2wks before harvest when I took those pics turned light up week 5 maybe 6. That plant ran until week 14. Took like 24 to 48 hrs to start showing intensity then I kinda goes quick after that. Good news even in flower after about 5 or 6 weeks the inner parts of the damaged sugars and fans start going green. Once issue is corrected the ones that survive anyways. Good luck bud

They can also look like those last pics later on
