My leaves are curling up from the sides! help!

The past couple of days the leaves on my plant have been cringing i guess i can say, i woke up this morning and took a picture of what I saw. Can anyone help??

Looks heat stressed....whats your temp? And is that foil I see in the back there?

If it is take it down. Foil is for baking.

leaves turning up usually indicates some kind of heat/light problems (the leaves point at the problem).
leaves turning down usually means over/underwatering or nute problem (the leaves again, point to the problem).

the plant is dehydrating. water more often, but use less water than you would do normally. also check the temp, because is the primary cause of dehydration.
