my indoor stelth project

i have a cardboard box with dimensions of 3.5 feet tall 2 feet wide and three feet long

i have a carbon filter fan to wards the top
and fan towards the bottom
i am thinkin of growin 3-6 plants using scrog

a few questions
where is good instructions for scrog?
what lights would best not over $200?
how can i sound proof ?
what should i use on the walls?

and any other helpful tips would be great

Cardboard boxes are easy to catch on fire.

i forgot to say that the inside is lined with wood i have the carboard for stealth reasons sorry
